Anonymous, thanks for your concern but you are missing the point. Maybe reread the 4 lines above to see what the point is.
The OP was not worried about email privacy, but was asking about the connection between the Google's new privacy policy and the appearance of email address in AdWords.
Also, I'm considering declaring the use of derogatory labels as spam, FYI.
